This morning I did something I try not to do; weighed in. I wanted to see if that 2 lbs from yesterday was water weight like I thought. It was! I was back down to 227.6 today. I felt relieved becuase I knew my body didn't feel like I gained, so I definitely know to limit my sodium and starches or at least keep pounding water just in case!
Here is what I had for breakfast:
2 eggs, 2 strawberries, and a part of a grapefruit. |

For today's workout Laura and I did a circuit. It was probably one of our longest circuits and most intense. I wasn't feeling my usual "pumped" self for our workouts. I felt a little akward and top heavy ( I think my sinus' are acting up). My mind was telling me to push and my body was saying "Hell No!". But, nonetheless, we pushed it and my sweat is the proof. We also did a cool down walk/jog. It was nice to be able to jog in intervals with Laura.

After meeting Laura's mom and having a great dinner we headed out back and looked at the garden. That's a whole story in itself! Haha.
Before I cut this short so I can go to bed because I have a crazy busy couple of days before me, I wanted to share with you my new motto! It isn't even about men. It's about people in general. People I see every single day.
