Love Letter to Myself

Chelsea,

Do you not see how far you've come? Why are you doubting yourself this week? What is making you so down? You can do things that 5 weeks ago you couldn't have even imagined doing. You're body is changing every single day. Your strength is increasing, your endurance is so much higher, and your confidence has improved immensely
So why did you half ass your workout tonight? Why did you complain and whine, when last night Laura kicked your ass and you didn't whine once!?! Why do you think you can't plank? Why are you thinking about salty and sweet treats this week....although you know how sick it makes your body?
Your will power the past 5 weeks have been amazing and truly inspiring. Your ratio of clean eating vs non clean eating is fantastic! You can typically eat 100% clean instead of the usual 90/10 rule.  
Clothes that you couldn't fit weeks ago look great on you! You see the daily changes in your stomach area every morning. Your legs are becoming what they use to be in Volleyball. Your arms have definition. 
What will it take for you to see these changes? The numbers continue to budge and lower, and the non scale related victories are tremendous!!! 
Tomorrow, whatever that number might be, you will weigh in and start another week and do it BETTER than this last week. You will remember how far you've come and how much you've accomplished. You will try new workouts, push harder, learn more, and eat healthy. You can do this, you've been doing it for almost 6 weeks! 

Remember, you really do love the person you're becoming. Just because you don't love who you are right at the moment, doesn't mean that you aren't improving and becoming the person you want to be!!!
